We have designed modem software over the years that works very well with US Robotics and Carrier modems but, recently this has become a restriction. A number of our clients are using the modems that come with Dell and Gateway(56K PCI Voice Modem SF-1156IV R9A) to name one.

We are looking for a product(OCX) or ActiceX that will retrieve the modem dialup strings and the modem host strings from the registry after the modem has been selected.

We don't want to re-invent the wheel if available.
