MTS - Export package

I tried to export a package on the MTS, the client folder is created, but the *.exe file in this folder is not generated. Anyone know what is the problem?

Following is resolution from Microsoft website:

To have a client installation .exe generated during a package export, do the following:

Add the Windows NT account used for the System package's identity to the System package's Administrator role. You can also add a Windows NT group containing the System package's identity account to the Administrator role.

Turn off Authorization checking for the System.

Sometimes a missing MtxClex.dll in the SYSTEM package could also prevent you from exporting the client installation .exe. If missing, be sure you register it with the SYSTEM package.
