MSMQ - mqoa.dll

hi,
I have to work on a project that uses MSMQ Messaging. I don't have the mqoa.dll with me. Though i found a copy of it in our server, i wan't able to successfully register and use it. I am new to this concept.
Can someone tell me the significance of this dll and Whr i can download it if possible?

thanks Peet, but i had already taken a luk at both these pages. Infact, Santosh's article gave the picture of MSMQ concept...
The other link was as a search result for mqoa.dll but i don't think it has any relevant info....
So i decided to hear it from someone who has used the DLL to tell me their experience.
Peet, the DLL that i laid my hands on was sure a mistake...or maybe i didn't know to use...
Is it possible to download it from somewhr?
