Hey on the Menus, like FILE,EDIT,View

is there a way to change the color, IE. If they have a grey 'Set' color in the windows prefs, it would be the color i want, not the 'set' properties
like making them blue Ect..



And how do i make it if a Check box is checked, to make my program run when windows starts, Using the REGISTRY.
and make it not start if it is unchecked (deleting the reg file)
