Ive got a program request. Unfortunately I dont have the knowledge to be able to do it myself, but one of you should. What Im proposing is a web browser, which allows you to set up an auto refresh of the page. Ive been looking for one of these for ages for use on forums and UBB's. Id like more features, such as internal tabs, etc.
