I am using the wizard to create setup files. It is telling me that I have four dependency files that are out of date. I've read through the help and modified the four dependency files so that the versions in the dependency files would be the same as the files. I even reboot my PC. The wizard still tells me that the dependency files are out of date.

I am not sure what else I need to do to update the out of date files. Help !!!!!!!!!!! Thank you
