Search error

when i do a search on Anything, they return identical results.

I saw on the top left under the UBB logo it says
"Displaying Topics -19 to 0 of 1311 [Next Page]"

-19 to 0?

And i guess this could be why it gives me the same page everytime?
I did a search for 'start+up'
