vb7 & MS Agent 3

Does any one know where to get a download of MS Agent 3

Apparently vb7 is going to have support for xml through out, am now sweating on it's release.

Any one have any other news about what new things are going to be in the release?

Yeap know about the ms agent site, though god knows what TOC stands for. They don't appear to have version three ready for download, but have heard elsewhere on the web that it is available
