i changed a bunch of settings (i forgot which), and now when i right click on an image/link, it takes 4-5 seconds for the menu to pop up...any ideas?

Change the settings back again!
You could have enabled that crummy preview thing where it loads images when you select them and displays it in the explorer window.

It is extremely irritating, isn't it? It happens on my pooter at work in any version of IE, but not at home (right now, IE6). http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=91181&highlight=ie+rightclick

are you using Win2k? that is like that at my work too. I don't know how to fix it so if you find out let me know.

yeah, im using 2kSP1. i cant find the cd where i burnt SP2 on.
chris i fergot which settings i changed :rolleyes:

i changed everything back to the default settings, and still no difference.

we installed sp2 and it didn't make a difference.

ok i got it. ATTs help newsgroups answer fast..
do you have mcafee virus scan installed with the download scanner running? thats the problem. i uninstalled mcafee and the prob went away.
im gonna reinstall with the patch and see whether that affects it..

yep. and as soon as i uninstalled it, eudora started behaving :)
